We were also disappointed by the exposition itself, it's rather small and due to the fact groups enter in shifts there's always a large number of people in the same space.
And one more thing: Don't order the audio tour, there is little to no added value to the experience. And maybe it's just my dutch genes, but I found the merchandising to be hideously expensive.
Maybe the hardcore Harry Potter fan will hold a different opinion, but for us it was a disappointing experience.

We are true Harry Potter fans we read the books and saw the movies multiple times and I would recommend to visit it if you are a true fan. The exhibition displays items from the movies, so for example they rebuild Hagrids house.

I was mesmerized by Hermione's time-turner. The level of detail, from the writing on the rings to the tiny punched out stars surrounding the hourglass was impressive.

If this was the only thing we did this trip, it would have been a weak experience but combined with other sites this was incredible! The CineMec was easy to find and made for a great place to host this exhibition.
The items in the exhibition are truly things fans want to see and the audio tour made my day. The only thing that disappointed was the souvenirs available at the end: tons of wands, writing supplies, and candy but the t-shirt selection was sincerely lacking and didn't go larger than XL.

If you are a real Harry Potter fan you would definitely like this exhibition. I would recommend to listen to the audio tour, because the text that comes with the items and clothing is minimal.
