The water was good, and the margarita pizza was okay. Nothing special compared to my other visits.. Nice place at the riverside in kreuzberg. Good pizza.
Maybe too fast in their service which made us feel a little bit in a fast food restaurant. Was good now bad.
Great pizza. Great kitchen. Since they expanded the premises the service staff struggle to keep up.
I have now deleted them from alll recommended lists. This is such a Management, please look after your staff and maybe they will look after the customers.
We ordered 3 things, and got 2 wrong. The sparkling water came as normal water, the pizza, ordered without parmesan, came with parmesan, but they got the coke right!
Unfortunately without ice. All this can be balanced by professional and friendly staff, which here was NOT the case. All over a horrible experience.
They know they're popular so don't expect them to care even a little bit about you as a customer. Want some less than mediocre pizza served by unreasonably rude waiters?
They won't pick up your plates before coffee or even pretend Slow, careless attitude towards people. Music was also bad and just a generally bad vibe.
