Firstly, overcoming of the illness is really not easy. We need to undergo lots of method for it to be cured especially the Asperger's Syndrome and Depression.
In the movie, the method that was being done of the illness was socializing with others, and lots of activities.
Cocoy and Tina has progress on their illness and we can see that on the results and how happy they are. It depends on our choices on how we deal with our illness we either get bitter or we get better.
We either take what has been dealt to us or allow it to make us a better person, or we allow it to tear us down. The choices does not belong to fate, it belongs to us.
Secondly, Knowing what's best for a child. Sometimes parents are being over protective to us that they don't know they are one of the reason why we change or there were children that was suffering of depression.
It's like we are being imprisoned to the things that we wanted to do like Tina. Because if parents wants to protect their child the real protection means teaching children to manage risks on their own, not shielding them from every hazard.
Lastly, What love can give. Love can give people a desire to accomplish things. Love can make sacrifices, just like Cocoy for he knows that he loves Tina and if giving his heart can live her life for many years he's willing to give it.
Though Cocoy was now in the peaceful place he will still remain in Tina's heart. Overall, the movie is really worth watching for, it will give us many aspects in life and also on how we deal with our problems such as having illness and how we overcome it.
